It's been brought to my attention that I still owe you a 2007 Hodgepodge.
So here it is now:

Toonami 2007 Hodgepodge II

Update by Beefy a few days later:
Fixed the Hodgepodges not working with Windows Media Foundation.

"For the Toonami panel at Momocon (have you watched it yet?), a special intro was made by the Williams Street dudes.
Thanks to the guys at Toonami Faithful, we now have that intro as it was presented by Williams Street in full 1080p. No captures here; this comes direct from a hard drive in Atlanta.

Rollin' At 'Ya on April 27th! Posted Tuesday, March 26, 2013, 8:50PM by Nobuyuki
"Straight Outta' Tumblr:

"Why should you care about April 27th? Two reasons:

1. On April 27th, Toonami will relaunch with a new TOM, a new Absolution, and a new on-air look. We’ll share more details our new look as we get closer to that date!

2. IGPX IS COMING BACK!!

No, really. Thanks to our incredibly generous partners, thanks to a lot of folks doing a lot of paperwork, and thanks to the very unique and complex structure of the IGPX production deal, we were able to bring the show out of retirement so you guys can see it again, or for the first time!

Couple points: We will be very slightly shuffling the lineup to fit IGPX. We’ll announce that exact schedule closer to the 27th. It will most likely involve removing one episode of Bebop, taking us to a half hour weekly. Also, for those Megas XLR fans out there wondering if this means we can bring back Megas…. we can’t, sorry. Simply put, it’s a very different animal, and the exact elements that made IGPX’s return possible are not in place for Megas.

ANYWAY! We’re very excited to re-air, for the first time, Toonami’s only original series, and one we’re very proud of! We hope you guys enjoy it.

Watch this space in the coming month for more details about TOM 5, The new Absolution, the Toonami comic, the lineup for April 27th, and when One Piece is finally coming!

WE WILL NEVER STOP

Love, the Toonami crew."

"Thousands of years (13 years) ago, Toonami aired a marathon of DBZ movies on President's Day, and made a spiffy promo to promote it, as was the style at the time.

"The Total Immersion Event Master Collection is now whole with IGPX: Remastered!
This one's pretty interesting.
The IGPX series DVDs have the pilot split across 5 discs with excellent quality video, but the soundtrack has been replaced with generic music. There are also two extra lines of dialog (and one extra ""huh"").
I've arranged the DVD video to match the audio as it was broadcast on Toonami. This is the best possible version of the IGPX event, unless Production I.G has an HD master rattling around somewhere...
Thanks to Beefy for being awesome all the time, and for providing parts 2 through 5.

Oh, even though the TIE Master Collection is now ""whole"", it's not ""finished"". Yet...

In common fandom parlance, I dub it ""The Gold Disc""." Posted Friday, March 22, 2013, 7:08PM by TylerL
"Stalling for time! Ready for the remastered version of Trapped In Hyperspace?
Good.
Feel like waiting a little bit longer to get to IGPX?
Good.

This edition's quality is leaps and bounds over anything previously released.

"This little nugget from the Toonami Tumblr was a bit terrifying to me:

Oh, no. That simply won't do. It's time to raid the archives. The master image for our old contest DVD prize has survived, and we've cracked it open to share its sweet video goodness with you.

"Evangelion 1.11(111?) will be airing on Toonami tomorrow night. Toonami gets YOU presents for THEIR birthday.
If you've never watched Evangelion, this is an abridged/adapted start to the series, so you should watch it.
If you HAVE watched Evangelion before, you should still watch it.
AND, while rummaging around my old master files, I found and re-encoded my old Evangelion music video, Rabblerouser, so you should also watch that too. (spoilers if you're new to Evangelion).

TDA will be celebrating Toonami's birthday on Sunday afternoon, because that's when it actually is. You'll want to come back then.
